After 44 years we have decided to close

 

Bunz was the brainchild of Chef and Restaurateur Jeff Rossman, son of Mike Rossman, both from Terra  Hospitality Group. The family restaurant, Pam Pam (started by Mike Rossman), opened in 1981, occupied the Hotel Circle space for over 30 years and it was time for a change. Chef Rossman rebranded the family restaurant into Bunz in 2011, where it remained until August 31, 2025.  "It was a hard decision to close her" said Mike Rossman, "but it was necessary."
